Our cattle are raised with the utmost care and attention to animal comfort and well being. We believe that a stress free life is vital to raising good beef. Wagyu cattle have a history of being raised in the best environments and while rumours of them being massaged and fed beer daily may not be entirely true, it is true that they are among the most well taken care of animals on the planet. They are fed a special diet and are treated like pets. You'll understand why so much time and care is put into these animals when you let that first bite of flavour melt away onto your tongue.
